The Convention Bureau of Italy (CBItalia) organizes Italy at hand, the most interactive MICE event ever, inspired by the same namesake “At Hand” which builds on what Italy is known around the world: Craftsmanship.
The first edition will take place in the city of Bologna, with the support of Bologna Convention Bureau, who won the application. The event will take place between Palazzo Pepoli, Palazzo Re Enzo, Palazzo Albergati and other amazing venues.
The innovative format will provide with pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings and typical networking activities with +39 Italy, the DMC author of the Ad campaign Italy at hand.
As the event´s name suggests and as per watching their promotional video, the theme is about craftsmanship and things made by hand. Which aligns with what most people will thing of things made in Italy.
The interest shown by international buyers has been very promising and they will be selected in the first weeks of September according to the high standards of profiling that CB Italia practices in recruiting buyers. Most of the subscriptions are from decision-makers in the European meetings industry. Buyers will go trough a careful selection process, types of planners will be from Corporations, agencies and associations based in Europe. There is special attention to buyers from France, Benelux, Germany, UK and Spain.
