We had the opportunity to visit this newer property and experience first hand, its luxury. At first you will experience the sober elegance of it lighted lobby area. Tasteful furniture and luxury marbles all around, as well as a very smiling and welcoming stuff eager to assist you before you ask.
The room was full of amenities and tastefully decorated, it felt a bit crowded with all the areas set for the guest´s comfort, but once you remember this is Jerez downtown and the original building dates from the 1800’s, you realize they actually used the space very well.
The bathroom in our room was very spacious and surrounded with black and white marble, with separate shower and his and hers vanity areas. In addition all guest toiletries are tastefully placed and plentiful. There is comfortable and luxury bathrobes as well.
Breakfast was set up in their very cosy and elegant restaurant, but the two choices seem two simple and not fitting for the price range, with coffees, breads and juices on the more expensive option.
Renowned Chef Ángel Taboada also elaborates special menus for the private rooms of Casa Palacio María Luisa, the best way to celebrate a business or private event.
In conclusion, if you client is visiting the famous Sherry and wine area of Jerez, a stay at the luxury Casa Palacio Maria Luisa will be a luxury experience at a great , quiet location where you can venture to explore on foot the local attractions or go on one of many tours available.
We didn’t have a chance to experience much of the property’s gastronomy or their Spa facilities, but will report on a future visit.
